We are looking to find an Executive Assistant to manage responsibilities include managing calendars, effectively communicating with clients providing great customer service and maintaining comprehensive and accurate records. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

Some responsibilities include

• Prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings.
• Performing minor accounting duties
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
• Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Fluent in Portuguese
• Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
• Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
