• Review / validation documents for CECL (Current Expected Credit Loss)
• Review / validation Financial Covenants
• Assist and support seniors and PAD managers with varies tasks and projects
• Coordinate / support Assets Quality Meeting
• Assist quarterly CRE Annual Review and Quarterly QCC
• Obtain weekly payment delinquency report from CRAD and distribute to respective lending units for review and follow-up
• Communicate with lending units on any comments / recommendation for reviewed loans and portfolios
• Monitor property tax delinquent loans

Job Qualifications/Requirements

• Required: Able to read, write, communicate in a professional manner with all levels of management
• Required: Able to use a computer with minimal to no assistance necessary
• Required: Detail oriented and organized with little to no supervision
• Required: Some knowledge of general lending policies with regards to risk
• Required: Some basic cash flow understanding for basic cash flow analysis
• Preferred: Experienced knowledge in credit analysis
• Preferred: Familiar with risk rating analysis
• Preferred: Able to perform cash flow analysis
• Preferred: Understanding of lending monitoring practices, including payment and insurance delinquencies

The salary range for this full-time position is $26.45/hr - $28.85/hr+ bonus + benefits
