Pool Service Technician - EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

With Crystal Pools, all of your chemicals and equipment are supplied at our shop right here in Jupiter! We also not only recognize you, but we financially reward you for customer compliments and prizes at our monthly team meetings! We pay well and ask that you are reliable, committed, and detail oriented in return.

We pay you per pool and assign a value to each pool based on it's size so you get paid for the extra work you are doing at larger pools. Our routes are tight since we only service Jupiter, Tequesta, Palm Beach Gardens, Juno, and North Palm Beach so you spend less time driving and more time making money!

Experienced techs start anywhere from $800 - $1000 per week depending on how many pools you prefer. We also offer many incentive including $100 for all new customer referrals, $20 for all customer compliments, $100 for any reviews mentioning your name, $100 for your birthday, employee of the month prizes at our monthly meetings, the entire week of Thanksgiving OFF and FULLY paid, and the entire week of Christmas OFF and FULLY paid allowing you the much deserved time off with your families!

Responsibilities:

• Manage a daily pool route via our app on your mobile device
• Communicate professionally with clients and relay all information to management
• Organize and maintain all records from each property visit using our software via your mobile device

Qualifications and Skills (Required):

• 21 years of age or over

• Valid driver's license for at least 5 years with a clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 40lbs unassisted throughout the day
• Able to withstand extensive walking and standing throughout the day
