This is a tipped position starting at $14.27. On average you will be making $23-$35 an hour

22 Provisions is looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and passionate line cook who is interested in expanding their skillset and experience within the Denver food scene.

This role goes above and beyond basic line cook duties. We are looking for someone who is excited about working with the Executive Chef, Quincy, to not only execute daily responsibilities but collaborate on developing an exciting and evolving menu for 22 Provisions.

22 Provisions is an elevated sandwich shop located within Avanti F&B in LoHi, Denver. Specializing in elevated sandwiches, with all food made in-house, from scratch. Co-owners Quincy Cherrett and Kevin Channell have been working together in the industry for over 10 years and are excited about expanding their venture within Avanti. Quincy has acted as Chef for a variety of restaurants including some of Denver's Top restaurants and served as Executive Chef at one of the top restaurants in Jackson Hole, WY.

Job duties include:

• Preparing and maintaining the line, as per the menu.
• Responsible for all mise en place found on the station on a daily basis
• Ability to work all stations.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic restaurant line knowledge.
• Upbeat work ethic and positive attitude.
• Willing to be coachable and to work in a small team of cooks/Chefs.
• Availability of nights and weekends
• Knowlage and experience of temping and working proteins

Past experience that is helpful, but not required:

• Knowledge/experience handling of seafood, meat, and specialty products
• FOH and POS skills

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
