Crumbl is coming to Lockport, Illinois this spring!

We are looking for someone who is fast paced, an exceptional multitasker, and detail oriented. Must be good at seeing the overall picture, attention to detail, and organized. You must have a great attitude, and strong work ethic.

Crumbl is a fun, high-energy, open concept bakery that makes fresh cookies every day! Our menu changes each week causing a cult like following of customers. We believe in a positive, friendly, good vibe environment. We are looking for an energetic evening/closing assistant manager to join our Lockport Crumbl team!

Duties include to oversee operations and crew members during scheduled shifts, watching quality of cookies and customer interactions, prepare the store for next day operations, ensure all closing procedures have been followed. If you’re a leader committed to quality service and have experience in our industry, we'd like to meet you.

You will gain great experience training at our Mokena and Boughton Road Illinois location prior to our opening. The PM Manager shift is approximately 3:30pm-11:00pm Monday - Thursday and 3:30pm-1:00am Friday nights. There is some flexibility to this Schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts
• Oversee preparation of dough and cookie quality
• Train and coach new employees
• Ensure high standard of cleanliness
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed
• Address customer and employee complaints
• Resolve conflicts between crew members
• Foster and maintain a positive work environment
• 30-40 hours per week

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people.

Pay: Up to $18 / hour
