Job Responsibilities & Description for Plant Maintenance Manager:

• Management of maintenance department and related equipment and utilities
• Project management of capital projects and budgets associated with processing plant
• Manage personnel and budgets for engineering and maintenance efforts
• Ensure compliance with all processing plant-related government permits

Job Requirements for Plant Maintenance Manager:

• 10 plus years' experience in Chemical Plant Maintenance or similar manufacturing facility
• 5-10 yrs of experience in personnel management and capital projects management in an industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of boilers, air compressors, instrumentation and electrical systems, fluid systems, heat transfer design and analysis, manufacturing systems and batch processing
• Boiler License preferred
