About the Position

This is a position for an experienced custodian only. We are looking for a confident individual who is ready to hit the floor running with no additional training required. This individual must be available to work an alternate shift of Mon-Thurs, 7:15am-6pm but must remain flexible to work overtime outside of these hours when required.

Duties

The Warehouse Associate responsibilities will include but are not limited:

• Collecting and disposing of trash
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Dusting

• Upkeep and cleaning of restrooms, office spaces, and breakrooms
• Opening and Closing procedures
• General Building maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to work within a team to consistently achieve an exceptional standard of quality

• Excellent understanding of finishing techniques
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when necessary to deliver the projects on time
• MUST BE PUNCTUAL AND RELIABLE

Compensation

This is a full-time position, paid hourly. Candidates can expect to work longer hours at times. Candidates' rates will be based on experience and skill level.

Hourly rate is $18.00/hr
