Details for Plant Administrator:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday business hours. This position is 100% on site!
• Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour

Job Responsibilities & Description for Plant Administrator:

• Maintain excel spreadsheet to monitor usage inventories for production in coordination with Production Management and Plant Purchasing

• Maintain documentation related to Plant Production attendance in coordination with Production Management.

• Required to maintain organization of files, documents, reports, and records in compliance with a safe and neat work environment.

• Maintain documentation related to Plant safety, new hire, and Technician training and/or certifications.

• Responsible for maintaining supplies for Production by ordering, receiving, and stocking.

Job Requirements for Plant Administrator:

• Must have the ability to perform tasks in a timely manner and adjust daily workload to accommodate changes in schedule.

• Must have the ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner; telephonically, in writing and in person.

• Must have the ability to work independently without strict direction from managers. Employee must have a working knowledge of Windows-based software.

• Organizational skills and initiative are required as well as attention to detail.
