Physician Liaison I - Market (Moberly, MO and Kirksville, MO)

The Director of Provider Outreach will align market initiatives at Moberly Regional Medical Center and Northeast Regional Medical Center to achieve targeted organic growth; improve access to and delivery of care; establish and maintain relationships; promote expansion by actively seeking stakeholders and community partners to improve processes, access and outcomes. This growth will be accomplished by coordinating and supporting hospital CEOs, service line leaders, and outreach team members (DPO/DCO) in their efforts to develop collaborative relationships and increase satisfaction among providers who practice in their communities. Bachelor's Degree and 3 - 5 years of experience required.

As Market Physician Liaison for MRMC (Moberly, MO) and NRMC (Kirksville, MO) you will:

• Align market initiatives to achieve targeted organic growth
• Improve access to and delivery of care
• Establish and maintain relationships
• Promote expansion by actively seeking stakeholders and community partners to improve processes, access and outcomes. This growth will be accomplished by coordinating and supporting hospital CEOs, service line leaders, and outreach team members (DPO/DCO) in their efforts to develop collaborative relationships and increase satisfaction among providers who practice in their communities.
• In coordination with Regional/Market Provider Relations and Market/Hospital leadership, develop quarterly strategic targeting objectives in alignment with market strategies and initiatives.
• Attend weekly/ monthly market, regional, and/or corporate Provider Relations meetings for enhanced alignment, training, and development.

Travel: Outward facing 75% or greater of the time, along with occasional training and development travel.
