Family Practice of Middletown, is looking for NP/PA for Family Practice office. Work alongside seasoned physicians.

Focus is on evaluating and treating acute illnesses.

Duties:

• Assessing patients and recording their progress
• Prescribing medication and performing minor procedures
• Ordering diagnostic tests and interpreting their results
• Educating patients and their caregivers on managing health conditions and overall wellness
• Providing referrals to physicians or other healthcare professionals, as necessary

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Master's degree required. Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program required.
• Experience: One to three years of experience working in a physician practice or assisted living setting preferred. Home care experience preferred. Practical experience a plus. (New and experienced qualified applicants welcome to apply for this position).
• Licensure/certification/registration: Unrestricted APN license in the State of NJ. Advanced Practice Nurse Certification required. Current DEA registration, BLS, ACLS required. Must be board certified in Family Medicine.
• Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
