Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and medical histories to develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training, to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Regularly reassess and modify treatment plans based on patients' progress, feedback, and changing needs.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Document patients' evaluation findings, treatment plans, progress, and discharge summaries in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to regulatory and facility requirements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy and maintain relevant certifications.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment in compliance with infection control and facility policies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited university with a study of Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapist holds a current license and registration in the state (as applicable)
- Self-Starter and motivated to change the trajectory of your career
