Description
Physical Therapist to oversee and provide therapeutic rehabilitation services. Candidate will assess, evaluate, and treat individuals while receiving inpatient psychiatric services in collaboration and conjunction with an interdisciplinary team.
Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)

• Performs and interprets assessments and renders clinical and consultative services to individuals and caregivers. Evaluate and assess gait dysfunction, pain management, orthopedic, neurological conditions.
• Plans, develops, and implements complex physical therapy protocols to treat, improve, or maintain the individual's level of health and function. Monitors, tracks, and trends data pertaining to services and assistive devices.
• Documents patient progress and reviews/audits the treatment records as documented by Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Participates in quality assurance and quality enhancement activities.
• Assists in the development of the Person-Centered Recovery Plan (PCRP) and treatment planning and collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
• May supervise the work of others.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Austin, TX 78751: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Physical Therapist: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• State Physical Therapy License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
