Position Overview
At Big Stone Therapies, you're part of a comprehensive health family that is rooted in our core values of faith, family, fairness, and fun. We are a growing company looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to add to our team at Annandale Health & Community Services in Annandale, MN.
This position will work in a variety of settings including SNF/LTC, Assisted Living, and Outpatient. This is a benefited position that will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE), Monday through Friday.

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
