• Performs prescription data entry under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist
• Performs basic operations in the Framework software system such as entering and maintaining patient profiles, insurances and physician profiles
• Triages and proper y tabs all orders that enter the Framework system
• Triages all phone calls in an efficient and professional manner
• Contacts the source for any orders that need to be clarified
• Performs non-med order data entry according to pharmacy and facility policy
• Scans all delivery tickets into the Framework software and properly processes any that have notes or require follow up

• Reconciles the controlled delivery tickets to guarantee return & follows up on any that are not wthin 72 hours
• Adheres to and enforces the organizations policies and procedures
• Assumes other duties as assigned
