Pharmacist Resident - Pharmacy Resident Program - Full Time
Job description
This position is a ONE-year commitment while actively participating in and meeting the program requirements of an ACPE accredited (or program pending accreditation) pharmacy PGY I or PGY II program. All pharmacists fill orders for drugs, monitor patient drug therapies and provide drug information.
Pharmacists provide pharmacy services with compassion, excellence and efficiency. In addition, Pharmacy Residents participate in management of patient pharmacotherapy, quality medication management within assigned service lines, projects and other components of the Residency Program as required.
- Graduate of and ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Pharmacy registration in the State of practice within 60 days of hire
- BLS, ACLS, PALS (pediatric practice) within 180 days
