Intramed Plus is offering a unique opportunity for a Pharmacist position at our North Charleston, SC branch. The role is a full-time position including On-Call coverage with primary responsibilities including:
- Oversight and coordination of sterile compounding activities
- Oversight and clinical management of patient's home therapies within a clinical team setting
- Collaboration with a dynamic clinical team to deliver exceptional infusion care within a physician based infusion setting
- Excellent Clinical Team Environment
- Participate as key member of the On-Call Team on a routine basis
Home Infusion therapies include IV Antibiotics, Parenteral Nutrition, Chemotherapy, Pain Management, IV Inotropic Therapy and other IV therapies. Specialty therapies include various unique and high cost therapies ordered by various specialties such as neurology, gastroenterology as well as others.
Required:
- Licensed Pharmacist in South Carolina
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of USP 797 and USP 800
- Previous Hospital, Home Infusion or Specialty Pharmacy experience
