Join our Team! Blueprints is seeking a PFCE Specialist Family Services within our Early Learning Development! The PFCE Specialist will effectively implement the whole family approach (2GEN), Family Centered Coaching (FCC), and the “Parent, Family, and Community Engagement” Framework (PFCE) throughout the HS & EHS programs to achieve expected outcomes for families and children. Develop and implement strategies to promote the engagement of HS/EHS families in Blueprints programs resulting in an increase in outcomes for parents & families. Implement effective training and resources to enable family support staff to successfully support enrolled families in meeting their educational, career, and financial goals. Supervise and provide technical assistance and individualized supports for family support staff within the frameworks of 2GEN, FCC, and PFCE. Collect and analyze program data related to the strengths, needs, and individual goals of families to monitor parent/family progress, identify trends, and to inform program goals. Stay up to date and well-informed about Blueprints and other community programs and resources to enhance and support goal attainment for parents and families. Provide coaching, resources, and support for program staff to create welcoming environments where families feel valued, supported, and ready to contribute. Promote cross-service area teamwork to ensure that information about services related to families and child well-being can support the school readiness of children enrolled. Responsible for obtaining and forwarding documentation for Non-Federal Share/In-Kind to Blueprints Early Learning.
