$100,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:- Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs
- Take an innovative approach to networking and sales strategies to identify and secure new clients
- Deliver a high level of customer service when resolving billing, policy change, coverage, and claims issues
- Facilitate sales by keeping accurate records of personal information of prospects and customers within insurance company databases
- Modify insurance coverage, as needed, by regularly assessing their accuracy, coverage, and limits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office mandatory; proficiency in agency management systems preferred
- Must hold a valid, state-issued insurance license(s): Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry experience and a high school diploma are required
- Previous experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines
- Deep knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their limits and value propositions
