Our Plaintiff-side Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking efficient, dedicated, and hardworking candidates possessing experience in the following areas: client intake; coordinating medical care; requesting medical records; drafting demand letters; communicating with attorneys; calendaring deadlines; and drafting legal documents. Clio case management software experience is a plus.
Qualifications: High-Volume Plaintiff Personal Injury Experience Preferred. Spanish Fluency Preferred. Pleasant demeanor. Ability to multi-task. Detail orientated, highly organized, and motivated. Type 60+ Words per minute.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Gmail. Ability to adapt and work well in high stress situations. Effective and thorough communicator.
