Business owner seeks a work/personal assistant for support with the following tasks:

• Driving and running personal and business errands
• Phone calls
• Email correspondence
• Prospecting
• Cold calling
• Usage and utilization of Microsoft programs
• Hiring process
• Driving to work sites
• Client meetings
• Invoicing and budgeting

Must Have:

• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States

** Schedule will vary on a daily basis (average of 30-40 hours a week)

** Must be available Monday - Friday during the hours of 6 am - 8 pm and some weekends

** Depending on experience - Hourly pay will range between $17/hr - $25/hr or weekly salary range $600 - $950

** Work location - work sites, home office, and work from home

** Company vehicle will be used

Job Type: Full-time

Will work very closely with the business owner. Will use a company vehicle. Clean driving record required.

Knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Outlook is needed. Ability to type at least 40 wpm. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

This position will be paid on a weekly basis.

• Weekend availability

• Plainfield, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
