Job description
Seeking a Personal Assistant for older-aged composer and family. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized with great time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills. Must have excellent relationship skills and clear communication skills. Must be proactive and a problem solver with the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Personal Assistant will provide personal and household support such as calendar management; scheduling, attending, and providing support at meetings, events, and appointments; running errands for household; providing technology support; booking travel and itinerary planning; providing support for family on limited business and personal travel; managing personal and professional correspondence; and coordinating schedules of household workers. Occasional support at events and travel required.
Proficiency with Apple technology required. Previous personal assistant and travel experience a plus. General knowledge of classical music helpful. Must be based in NYC. Position is in-person, East Village, M-F.

Pay: $35,000.00 per year
