We are a fast-paced pediatric office seeking a highly skilled and compassionate bilingual front desk receptionist, with a preference for candidates with a CNA 1-2 background. The ideal candidate will excel in managing phone calls, appointments, and paperwork, with a strong focus on customer care and patient attentiveness. Experience in medical billing is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating patient visits.
• Accurately handle paperwork and maintain patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist with medical billing tasks, if experienced.
• Provide outstanding customer care and maintain a professional, empathetic approach towards patients and their families.
• Ensure effective communication with both Spanish and English speaking patients.

Requirements:

• Exceptional professional etiquette and strong patient attentiveness.
• MUST be fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proven experience in customer care.

Preferred Experience:

• 1-2 years of medical receptionist experience, preferably in a pediatric setting.
• 1-2 years of experience in EHR/EMR systems (Allscripts Professional/PM preferred).
• CNA 1-2 certification is a plus, but not required.
