Recra are working in partnership
with a leading management specialist who are looking to add a Payroll Specialist to their team. A highly motivated, customer-oriented and resilient individual with a strong skill set in time & attendance and payroll systems.

- To drive day-to-day usage compliance and completeness of data and timesheets from the T&A system before it is processed for payroll
- Experience providing a high level of professional administration support
- Assist the Payroll Manager in analysing data and identifying trends (excess sickness, all types of absence, overtime and manual punches by managers)
- Identify any key areas of risk/concern to the day to day running of systems
- Deal with basic pay queries and escalate more complex queries to the Payroll Manager
- Support with timely and accurate completion of the monthly payrolls
- Cover the Payroll Manager’s responsibilities when they are absent with support from the Head of Payroll & Reward
Requirements:
- 5 GCSEs (A-C) including Maths and English
- Basic computer skills in Word and Excel with experience using spreadsheets and databases
- Experience working in a payroll and time and attendance role
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Relevant experience related to accounts
