Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and talented AP/Payroll Coordinator.
This position has full-time hours of Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.


The AP/Payroll Coordinator is responsible for performing accounts payable and payroll-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the CFO in supporting the AP/Payroll functions and activities for the organization. The AP/Payroll coordinator's duties also include maintaining time and attendance records to prepare bi-weekly payroll for all hospital and managed hospital employees. Also, employee is responsible for maintaining and updating accounts payable records for computer input and process payments when obligations are due.

Qualifications:
Position Requirements:
Minimum: High school graduate or equivalent. 2 years of related experience and proficient computer skills and familiarity with clerical practices and office procedures.
