Our very well established AG/Food Processing client is PARTNERING with STAFFING PARTNERS in search of an experienced Payroll Administrator / Specialist for this IMMEDIATE DIRECT HIRE CAREER OPPORTUNITY.

SALARY - $18.00 - 25.00/hr

BENEFITS - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, PTO

LOCATION - Located within Stanislaus County (Modesto, Turlock, Ceres, and Surrounding Cities)

Duties:

• Handle Time Sheets
• Weekly & Bi-Weekly, timely and accurate Payroll
• Handle related Payroll deductions such as Garnishments, etc.
• Support to HR Department and assist Benefits Department / Enrollment
• EDD claims/reports, Employment Verficiations
• Handle LOA's and Work Comp
• Handle On-Boarding and Terminations
• Handle correspondence and respond to related inquiries
• Annual W-2's and Quarterly Taxes

Skills / Requirements:

• Payroll experience as described above.
• Tax withholding.
• Knowledge of HR and applicable payroll laws and regulations.
• Word & Excel
• Confidentiality a must.
• Bilingual Spanish English a +.
