Vaco is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join an organization in North Columbus. The ideal candidate will have experience using ADP software or another large payroll software and the ability to process payroll from end to end. As the Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.

- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality
- Verify payroll data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other departments as required
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure accuracy of payroll data
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee deductions and contributions
- Conduct payroll audits as needed to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration
- Experience using ADP software is required or other large payroll software
- Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll laws and regulations
- Ability to process payroll from end to end
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is preferred
