Seven Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center is now hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our PAY IN LIEU OF BENEFITS PROGRAM . At our 156-bed Skilled Nursing Facility , we focus on the individual needs of each of our patients and partner with physicians, patients, and their families to achieve successful patient outcomes. We pride ourselves on being team oriented, and we offer on-the-spot interviews for all new applicants!

Pay In Lieu of Benefits - PILB Program

1. The position is considered full-time AND must be scheduled to work between 32 - 40 hours per week.

2. Can be scheduled any 5 days of the week.

3. Must work every other weekend.

4. Highly competitive Pay

5. PILB position is eligible for shift differential.

6. PILB position is NOT eligible for any benefits such as PTO, Health, Dental, Vision,401K, etc. If employee becomes eligible for any benefits and elects to enroll in any benefits during open enrollment or other designated time their current pay would be adjusted down to the pay rate for their position and experience for a regular Full-Time employee.

7. Must attend new hire orientation

8. Must keep up with the complete HCA training and mandatory meetings.
