Vista Community Clinic is a private, non-profit multi-specialty outpatient clinic. Providing care in a comprehensive, high quality setting. Located in San Diego, Orange and Riverside counties, we work to advance community health and hope by providing access to premier health services. • Responsible for patient check in through creating encounters, collecting demographic information, etc .
• Communicate to patients their length of visit and continuously inform them of the progress
• Verify insurance/program eligibility
• Make follow-up appointments
• Perform financial and eligibility screening for clinic programs
• Responsible for patient check-out, including collecting required payments

Minimum

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum one year general office and/or customer service experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience in verifying insurance/program eligibility

Pay: $18.60 - $20.75 per hour
