As a Patient Care Leads Specialist, you will support the Service Manager by managing all incoming leads by phone, email, and text, as well as manage our marketing leads funnel (CRM). You will also be responsible for gaining knowledge on all plastic surgery procedures, answering patient questions, overcoming objections, and booking surgical consultations.
We are seeking someone with at least 3 years of relevant sales experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, you should be a quick learner with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
