We are in search of a Patient Care Coordinator at our Concord Dental Practice. Seeking a highly motivated individual to join our progressive dental office, offering the utmost in dental care. The perfect person will possess strong interpersonal skills both with patients and teammates along with a bright and positive work ethic. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, answering phones, and emails, confirming insurance benefits, reviewing finances, and most importantly making our patients feel welcome at our office. Dental experience is a must, Dentrix knowledge is a plus.
