Elite-Refinishing is looking for an experienced Patcher / Gel Repair Technician to join our team. Patchers and Repair Technicians perform repairs on fiberglass boat hulls, decks, and small parts using paint, buffer with wax, polish, compound, fillers, putty, and/or paste. Includes sanding, buffing, repairing and spraying gel coat on a high shine finished surface. Someone that is good with tools so they can disassemble boats. Metal Flake experience a plus but not required. We are a small shop but very busy and need someone that can get several boats/parts out a week. A willingness to do mobile repairs. Reliable and a good hard worker. This is a 1099 position, so it is paid by the boat/part.
