Overview:

This position provides customer service and stocking duties related to the parts sales, receiving and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of Titan Machinery parts departments. This position also assists internal and external customers in person and via phone, ensuring that the customers are provided with parts in an efficient and professional manner.

- Answer telephone using high levels of customer service
- Receive and bin incoming shipments
- Perform cycle counts and/or full physical inventory
- Assist the parts department manager with projects as time permits
- Perform basic cleaning and organization of parts warehouse
- Deliver parts to Titan Stores when time permits
- Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments
- Other duties as assigned
Required:
- Related work and/or related military experience, preferred
- High School diploma or GED, preferred
- Valid certification to operate forklifts, or ability to get certified
- Clean driving record
- Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
- Ability to perform in a fast paced, stressful work environment
- Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
- Ability to do local same-day travel as necessary with rare possibility of overnight travel
