The Role

The position of Parts Sourcing Specialist supports all Tricolor Reconditioning centers with critical components for vehicle assembly. Works in a centralized role supporting distributed shops utilizing all available supply channels including OEM, second source, and retail.

What will you be doing at Tricolor?

• Identify sources for parts that match the Tricolor product cost structure

• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with Recon team and vendors

• Develop and oversee process for monitoring incoming part quality

• Negotiate and structure commercial agreements including price, quality, and performance.

• Proactively follow up on any parts late or not received

• Ensure all returns are made in a timely manner to appropriate vendor

• Responsible for 100% accuracy of purchased part costs in ticketing system

• Identify opportunities to expand Tricolor purchasing operations into a wider range of parts

• Experience in the automotive service industry

• Bi-lingual is a plus
