Job description
Fidelity Power Systems, one of the nation's largest distributors of Kohler Generators and Power Systems, is seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our expanding team based in Richmond, VA area .
The Parts Coordinator is responsible for the full-cycle of parts services from ordering, invoicing, distribution and all relevant paperwork.
Essential Functions:
- Obtain parts necessary through purchaser to complete all required work in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper inventory levels within the warehouse as required
- Rolling inventory checks and counts must be performed weekly.
- Process all parts order forms and quoted work as needed.
- Order in parts and material required for work load.
- Stage material required for scheduled work and confirm all is received
- Assist - Customer Service Rep - Process all additional service work as effectively as possible as to not delay repairs for the customer.
- Keep accurate track of parts on order and call on any parts that have become delayed.
- Process all warranty claims as required by Kohler and FPS
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a parts/warehouse environment
- Customer service experience is a plus
