About the opportunity:

• You will use your positive customer relationship skills to expand the customer base and build customer loyalty.
• You will deliver parts to technicians, and customers identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions to help increase business. Using your positive customer skills to expand the customer base and build customer loyalty.
• Assist the in-house parts team with phone calls and taking parts orders as needed.
• Position is responsible for ordering, maintaining accurate inventory levels, delivery, and stocking of parts for consignment customers.
• Recognize customer needs, providing appropriate solutions to management to help increase business.
• Perform product demonstrations and assisting customers with product application.
• Answering phones and other administrative duties as required.
• Excellent driving record.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to interact with team members to develop good working relationships

Required Skills:

• An accredited high school diploma.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Excellent driving record.
• 1-3 years of similar industrial parts inventory, material handling, and customer care.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and stressful workload peaks, utilizing excellent prioritizing and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and maintain a good understanding of industry innovations and product availability to make recommendations according to their need.
• Demonstrates mechanical skills utilizing good safety practices including use of appropriate safety equipment when needed.
• Familiarity with PC applications including MS Office Suite, and demonstrates general clerical skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting 50 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds consistently with/without assistance.
• Kneeling, squatting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
