Trailer Parts Position with Tugger Trailers & Outdoors

Tugger Trailers has an opening for a parts position to handle in store sales & online parts inquiries. We repair trailers of all kinds, tractors, lawn mowers and other lawn care tools. We also have a full service repair shop and a variety of other industry products on our showroom floor. Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Frontline response to inbound phone calls and online customer inquiries needing parts or maintenance.
  • Facilitating customer needs and requests in a way that is informative, productive and efficient.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with customers about parts/service specifications.
  • Attention to detail when inputting customer information.
  • Work closely with the managers to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Maintain general knowledge of trailer industry and seasonal trends for other products that we offer.
  • Coordinate with other departments if needed to assist customers.
  • You will do physical inspections of inventory equipment to develop expertise.
  • You will research and learn the relevancy of all equipment specifications.
  • Be consistently aware of your available inventory and specifications.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/assignments at one time
  • Good presentation skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Dependable, honest, and a team player who cares about the quality of the work they produce

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary plus an additional quarterly bonus structure!

Pay:

$35,000 per year to start paid weekly (pay has the potential to vary depending on experience + bilingual is a plus!)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 7am-5pm & Saturdays 8am-12pm.
