BriteLife Recovery is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to provide care to patients struggling with substance abuse. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for conducting client assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing care to our clients.

• Perform initial and on-going assessment of patients' medical, physical and psychosocial status.
• Prescribe and monitor medication as necessary for clients in recovery.
• Obtain and evaluate health and medical history; perform a physical exam, conduct preventive screening procedures based on age and history; Identify medical and health risk
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to clients.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of observations, interventions, plan of care, referrals, follow-up and progress in electronic health records.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

• 
  Job Type: Part- Time

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience working with patients with substance misuse disorders.
• Experience prescribing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in electronic health records.
