Hiring for Part-Time .8 Lead Preschool Teacher/Co-Site Manager for Lake Area Discovery Center at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Stillwater, MN. Part-Time .8 position (32 hours/week), qualifies for 54* Hours PTO, Paid Holidays, Health Benefits and up to $500 Education Benefit. Must meet DHS Licensing experience and education requirements for Lead Teacher; a completed or in process MN Teachers License or MA of Education preferred.

12 month teaching annual salary between $43,000 to $47,000. A 9 month salary option is also available for employees who do not work through the Summer Program.

Our Savior's Discovery Center Program serve children ages 6 weeks through 3, 4 and 5 years old pre-kindergarten students in the Stillwater Community. Partnering with the churches in ministry and education provides rich education and faith-formation experiences.

Lake Area Discovery Center is a Christian-based non-profit, early childhood program that has been partnering with churches and schools since 1999, providing high-quality early childhood care and education to young learners currently at 17 locations in the Twin Cities Metro. LADC has been NAEYC Nationally Accredited and 4 Star Parent-Aware rated since 2009.
