The Salvation Army Fort Lauderdale is hiring a part-time Cook. This position requires planning, preparing, cooking and serving nutritional meals and snacks in accordance with established guidelines and schedules; ensuring all meals are prepared and served in a safe and presentable manner; cleaning kitchen facilities, equipment, and appliances; maintaining inventory of kitchen supplies and food in a neat and orderly manner.

Successful candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of experience cooking food for large groups. This position requires flexibility as the employee may be required to work holidays.

Schedule:

Five days a week- 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
