HI! We are Gig Harbor Chiropractic and Massage. Our office is busy, growing, and looking for a part time superstar to take on front desk operations and be a helping hand in patient care. The Job:

This is a part time job and will be a morning shift. Flexibility to cover others is a must!

We are looking to hire quickly and get you started right away.

Hours: M,W,F 8:30 to 1:30 and Tues 10-4 Thursday and weekends off

Duties will include:

• Answering a multi-line phone
• Scheduling appointments
• Taking payments
• Cleaning
• Discussing insurance benefits
• Being a chiropractic assistant extraordinaire which means Working closely with patients through teaching in office exercises and stretches, being part of the new patient process, and giving them solutions to their scheduling problems

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

• Strong multitasker
• Well organized
• Self starter and can stay on task
• People person- You will be the first face they see when they walk in the door so its important to light up the room and have a positive attitude.
• Knowledge about health insurance and chiropractic is a plus but not required
