Physical Requirements
Issuing citations. Working outside. Operate a cash operations booth. Deal with upset customers. Walking and standing for long periods of time. Use of a two-way radio. Use of a hand held ticket writer. Lifting up to 20 pounds. Provide customer service. Must follow written and verbal instructions. Provide directions.
Shift
Monday – Friday; 3:15 p.m. – 11:15 p.m.; (37.5 Hours/Week);
2nd Shift; and Weekends and Overtime possible.

Job Summary
Perform duties related to parking enforcement and traffic regulations, monitor campus entrances; provide direction and provide assistance to motorists.

Preferred Education/Experience
Customer Service, Cash Handling, Parking/Security/Police experience. Hand-held ticket writer, T2 Flex Software, Cash Register/Credit Card Equipment, Vehicle Battery Charger, and Hydraulic Cutter.
Driver’s license and the ability to drive are preferred.
