Job description
Synergy Companies is looking for a Home Assessor to Conduct home assessments and be the face of the company. This is an in the field position. This person will be going to homes to assess, photograph and measure for the CPAC program. If this is something that sounds interesting to you, please apply here today.
Job duties:
- Conduct a physical site survey using a variety of company provided tools and equipment
- Effectively manage your schedule to complete time-sensitive tasks on a daily basis
- Accessing, assessing, photographing and measuring
- Upload data to site capture
- Perform other tasks and duties as required
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable with heights/ ladders and working outside
- Create site sketches with accurate data
- Measure and record data
- Able to open live electrical panels
- Able to interact effectively with customers
- Detail oriented
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with computers and apple tablet
- Take clean photos of jobsite
