ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Regularly inspect the facility to ensure that Westminster Village North is maintained in accordance with established policies and procedures and all hazardous areas are properly identified; report all incidents/accidents immediately
• Prepare all surfaces of apartment for paining
• Paint or touch up apartments as directed by Supervisor
• Ensure that apartment interior is free from excess paint
• Follow company procedures in regards to prep, paining, and cleaning
• Hang or repair items as needed
• Attend and participate in workshops and seminars to enhance skills and maintain a professional status.
• Attend meetings and participate in committees as requested.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as directed.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Previous experience in an apartment or long-term care setting is preferred.

• Indianapolis, IN 46236: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
