Requirements:
- At least 3 years verifiable painting experience.
- Ability to work well with a team, strong work ethic and time management skills.
- Must have reliable transportation with insurance.
- Must be able to pass drug screen.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
- Must be able to present professional appearance to clients.
Must Have Tools
Job Duties :
- Prep - Masking, Caulking, Spackling, Sanding, Puttying, cleaning, etc…
- Painting – Brushing / Rolling, Back Rolling, Spraying with Airless sprayers,etc…
- Pressure Washing
- Sealing masonry, concrete, Applying water repellents and anti-graffiti coatings.
- Use of arial platforms- Scissor and Boom lifts
- Working on/ off Scaffolding and Ladders
- Pay is DOE and based on weld test proficiency
