Our company is looking to hire Packers for our Swing shift. Our Swing Shift runs from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM Monday through Friday. This will be a physical position. The main duty is to inspect and package orders for shipment of parts that have been coated. In addition to following basic packing protocol, team members must also ensure great care in packaging to not damage the product.

There will be times team members may have to assist the rest of the team in hanging and prepping jobs, especially when there's nothing to pack. They may also be charged with moving jobs out to the yard after completion as well. The goal is to take care of our customers as best as we can in the long run.

Our team members must have an excellent attendance record. We are a small company, so we all need to be there to get the job done. Team members must be able to lift up to fifty pounds repeatedly and commit to working in a safe manner. Experience with packing is a plus as well as experience with operating a sit down forklift, but these skills can be taught. What is mandatory is the applicant must have a current driver's license and have reliable transportation to get there.

During the interview, we will have applicants complete a standard application. This gives the applicant an opportunity to not only update job history, but provide contact information for us to check references.
