We are now accepting resumes for Sales Agents at our agency to sell insurance in CONNECTICUT. You must be licensed in PROPERTY & CASUALTY. Do not apply if you're not already licensed to sell P&C and do not have Allstate experience.

• Average Sales Agents make $40,000 to $50,000 their first year

We also have outstanding training and support... you of course will get access to everything for free as a part of our agency family.

This experience starts with our Agents who help welcome new clients to our agency family.

As a part of our team, your job will be to help the customer secure the best policy, with appropriate coverage, at the best possible price. In other words, you will become a trusted advisor.

A Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License is required for the position.

Someone who has a great attitude, outgoing personality, who 'never meets a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, who works well with their peers, and those who have a true passion for helping others. And, they must be able to close deals.
