The Opportunity:The Overnight (Extended Operations) Support Specialist offers tremendous work/life balance with a unique schedule of 7 days on, 7 days off! You will work 6:00 pm through 6:00 am, Monday through Sunday. You then have the next 7 days off, while still qualifying for full-time pay and benefits. In this position you will:
- Guide and assist drivers with questions that arise outside of business hours, including but not limited to load drop off & pick up, fuel needs, needs for roadside assistance, weather issues, etc.
- Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments to effectively provide solutions and resolve conflict
- Develop positive rapport with drivers through effective verbal and written communication
- Document instances and actions taken during extended shift to be shared with the appropriate managers/departments
No transportation experience is necessary. We will provide you with comprehensive training! We are looking for someone with:
- Strong ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to evaluate problems and take informed action
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center environment preferred
- Prior experience with multi-line phone system and dual monitors preferred.
