Reston Limousine | Dispatcher

Join our team of professionals servicing the transportation needs of corporations, governments, universities, and individuals. Today, Reston Limousine operates one of the largest chauffeured fleets in the country and is one of Washington metropolitan area's largest provider of passenger transportation, luxury transportation, and government contract services.

We are growing and searching for a part time Dispatchers in our Sterling, VA office. As a Dispatcher you will be supporting our drivers and clients in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area by using your communication and problem-solving skills. In a fast-paced environment a Dispatcher must be able to identify potential services and solve logistical issues.

Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday 10pm to 8am.

As a Dispatcher You Will

• Communicate with drivers and clients.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers and vehicles based on workload
• Update dispatch logs, spreadsheets, and systems
• Monitor and communicate with our Maryland shuttle ops team

Must Have

• Experience in Client Services preferably in the transportation, courier, or trucking industry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Solid knowledge of the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area
• High School Diploma or GED

Nice to Have

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Sound judgement/problem solving skills when dealing with clients, logical issues, and day-to-day workload
• Passenger Driver or Delivery Experience
