Outside Sales Rep

Our client is seeking an Outside Sales Rep in one of their 7 territories and will be expected to interact with business executives in a professional setting, and initiate and set an appointment for a live phone or video call presentation. Most initial interactions will take place at their place of business face-to-face, but follow-ups can be done via phone, conference calls, etc.

Responsibilities of the Outside Sales Rep:

  • Work 40 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
  • Must attend all required team meetings and company trainings
  • Maintain dress and appearance on par with company standards (uniform provided)
  • Utilize company tools at your disposal to track the following: leads contacted, decision-makers pitched, applications submitted, documents uploaded, signed deals
  • Contact approximately 60 new leads a week. This may vary based on area.
  • Keep on track with contacts, quotas, etc.
  • Work with your regional manager and other company representatives to provide feedback, and improve processes

Qualifications:

  • B2B sales is a huge plus, or Door-to-Door experience
  • Must have a vehicle and valid Driver's license
  • Must have a cell phone with data
  • Must have consistent access to Wi-Fi
  • Understand basic business practices (payroll, taxes, etc)
  • Written and verbal communication (email, group chats, etc)
  • Proficient in Excel and Word (or similar platforms)
  • Accounting or business development
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Prospecting customers/clients
  • Goal oriented
  • Time Management
  • People person (social, deals well with new people)
