Sales Representative

If so, we need to talk to you. Mr. Build, a growing company is now looking for a sales representative for West Coast coverage from Parrish to Punta Gorda, FL. We need a confident, outgoing sales representative who is self-disciplined and thrives on a challenge. We provide independence and an exciting, fast-paced, and fun work environment. We look for you to provide a competitive drive, an outgoing nature, and the will to be the best sales representative in the industry. Our product selection includes: Your main focus in this sales position would be windows and house siding leads. These leads generally come with replacement exterior doors, plantation shutters, Glass and Acrylic enclosures, storm protection.

Sales representative job expectations include, but are not limited to the following:

• Achieve sales goals by following Mr. Build’s in-home selling process when conducting consultations
• Own the full sales process by:
• Assessing customer needs
• Demonstrating product application
• Conducting accurate on-site measuring and quoting
• A proven track record of closing sales
• providing delivery schedule
• Following up after product installation
• Gain new business through networking and referrals
• Continually strive for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University; or 2 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Individual’s motor vehicle records must also comply with company requirements.
• Self-motivation and results orientation.
• Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments during the day and occasionally on evenings and weekends.
• Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently
